Add some colour with this lovely handmade tassel garland decoration. Looks great at a wedding reception, baby shower or in front of a table at a party.
The garlands come cut. All you need to do is roll and twist them. They come with instructions on how to make them up. You will get 20 garlands and 3m of ribbon. Either hang them closely together in front of a table or spread them out along a wall or ceiling.
